3D Printer Setting

A quick and easy step by step guide to set up your desktop 3D printer with Titan 3D Printer Filament.

Step 1:

Chooses a 3D slicer software. We recommended to use Cura, a user friendly software with advanced print settings.

Step 2:

Enters the following data under “Basic Settings”.

Layer Height 0.2mm
Shell Thickness 1.0mm (multiple of layer height)
Bottom/Top Thickness 1.2mm (multiple of layer height)
Infill 30%
Print Speed 30mm per Second
Support Type Everywhere
Platform Adhesive Type Brim
Diameter 1.75mm
Flow 100%

Step 3:

Set your printing temperature.

With Cooling Fan 190°C to 210°C
Without Cooling Fan 175°C to 185°C

Step 4:

Set your heated bed temperature.

With Cooling Fan 65°C to 75°C
Without Cooling Fan 50°C to 60°C

Your 3D printer does not have a heated bed?

No problem. Titan 3D PLA Filament works perfectly with 3M Scotch Blue Taped platform.

Step 5:

Your 3D printer is now ready for simple 3D printing.
